A healthy worklife supports a healthy life

Chris Swistro offers coaching to individuals and groups who seek to improve their worklife.

Worklife coaching can help you sort through the questions and concerns swirling around in your mind. Often, our friends and family can't be as objective as we need them to be, and it's nearly impossible - no matter how thoughtful we are - to be our own coach and counsel in navigating important career decisions.

Coaching can provide the time, focus and guided process you need to clarify your goals, quantify viable pathways, and chart your course to worklife satisfaction.

Ask yourself:
>  Have you been feeling unsatisfied with your worklife? Is it the job itself? Your co-workers? Your boss?
>  Do you question the growth potential of your current position or company?
>  If you could, would you make some fundamental change to your current job? Or change jobs? Or take a leap and change careers?
>  Do you feel constantly under stress at work? Or constantly stressed about work?
>  Are you feeling overworked and under-appreciated?
>  Have you been meaning to make a change, but can't seem to push through an invisible barrier in your way?

What Clients are Saying
"Chris Swistro is an excellent coach. At a time when I needed confidence, direction and motivation, she guided me to take charge by identifying issues, plotting a strategy, and taking action on my own behalf. She was a great and very effective support for me."

Coaching Defined

Coaching is a process in which the coach and client work together to attain the client's goals. Through the coaching process, the coach offers the following:

  • Assistance to the client in identifying and clarifying goals, obstacles, and plans of action,
  • Examination of preferences, priorities, and behaviors, such as time management, work delegation, personal standards of work, in support of attaining stated goals, and
  • Objective but supportive feedback and guidance to the client as they implement the plans they've made.

The coach is your sounding board and champion as you work to attain a worklife that really works for you.
