Client Success Story- Non profit Strategic Planning and Development (cont'd)
Approach We assumed a leadership role with the board of directors in order to create a strategic plan focused on financial management, organizational development, audience development, and marketing. To address a very targeted need, we engaged a development consultant to provide guidance on donor cultivation, a keystone of the financial development strategy. Within 4 months of finalizing the strategic plan, the board has launched a donor cultivation program and scheduled a major fundraising effort projected to net $50,000.
Results The organization has charted a clear future course and is able to rely on:
