Christine Swistro, President
Chris Swistro is a results-oriented management consultant and coach known for implementing organizational change that streamlines work, enhances worker productivity and management effectiveness, and increases profitability. A natural leader, she has spent twenty years transforming organizations by working closely with executives and their teams to quickly and accurately assess their needs and objectives, remove roadblocks, and activate change to attain sustainable performance improvement.

Before founding Swistro Advisors, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Professional Services at FoundryOne, a start-up company helping client firms incubate technology ventures. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services practice of KPMG Consulting, overseeing a range of e-commerce development projects for large financial institutions. Chris began her career in Massachusetts state government, working in transportation finance and planning. She then began directing strategic planning and project management activities for a multi-million dollar information technology project agenda at the Office of the State Comptroller.
Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Public Policy and American Institutions from Brown University, and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
A 2010 winner of the national EWGA Women Who Lead award, Chris also was the 2008 recipient of EWGA Boston’s prestigious Timmermans-Zick award for leadership, spirit and exemplary service. Chris is a member of the board of trustees of several Boston organizations include the Clipper Ship Foundation, the Cantata Singers, Chelsea REACH, Womenade Boston, and the Chelsea Community Foundation.

Denise Rosenblum is the president and founder of founder of D2 Dynamic Development, a training company that specializes in creating stronger managers and team leaders through workshops, speaking engagements, and one-to-one business coaching. In addition to directing the company, Denise works personally with clients and trainees to foster confidence and growth in their ability to boost morale, increase productivity, and motivate individuals to succeed. Denise has over 20 years of marketing and training experience. Prior to founding Dynamic Development, she was Senior Vice President, Director of Talent Development at Arnold Worldwide, building and managing the training and career development division. She also oversaw the integrated marketing assignments for Arnold's clients Talbots, Target, and Children's Hospital Boston. Denise has worked in account management for a number of international advertising agencies, such as McCann Erickson, Young and Rubicam, and Hill, Holliday. Here she spearheaded initiatives for AT&T, Gillette, Liz Claiborne, Nabisco, and Reebok.
A seasoned speaker, trainer and marketing professional, she has created and delivered an inventory of training seminars ranging from communication skills, leadership development and managing and motivating people. Denise holds a B.A. degree in political science from Tufts University.

David has a BSEE from Brown University. He has served as a speaker and panelist at high tech industry conferences such as Comnet/DC, Network+Interop, and Storage Networking World. In June 2006, David also appeared as a panelist discussing "Podcasting And Other New Media for Choruses" at the 29th annual Chorus America Convention in Washington, DC.
